ATRIO Health Plans was established by Oregon physicians in 2004 and has since grown to serve thousands of members in Douglas, Josephine, Jackson, Klamath, Marion and Polk counties. Part of our mission is to deliver high quality health care at an affordable premium, leverage the talents of our people and partners and foster deeper community connections.

CCC

Cascade Comprehensive Care, Inc. (CCC) is a health care management company based in Klamath Falls, Oregon. Cascade Comprehensive Care was founded in 1992 to create health care access for Klamath County residents. CCC endeavors to create and manage successful health care delivery in the community. CCC works to bring local health care providers together in order to deliver quality services efficiently and effectively. CCC is owned by local health care providers, including primary care physicians, specialists and other health care organizations.

Asante

At Asante, our top priority is our patients. We believe each person must be treated with compassion, dignity, honesty and skill. Our more than 6,000 employees work together to make this ideal a reality, supported by new technology, modern facilities, and a common purpose of healing and hope.
Asante is based in Medford, Oregon, and governed by a board of directors comprised of local volunteers and physicians. Board members give their time to ensure that the people of nine Southern Oregon and Northern California counties receive high-quality health care services provided with compassion. All decisions are made by people who live and work in our community.

As the largest health care provider in nine counties, Asante provides comprehensive medical care to 600,000 people throughout Southern Oregon and Northern California. Our facilities include Asante Ashland Community Hospital in Ashland, Asante Rogue Regional Medical Center in Medford, Asante Three Rivers Medical Center in Grants Pass, Asante Physician Partners and additional health care partnerships throughout the region.

As fellow healthcare professionals, P3 understands the unique challenges that come with providing value-based care. That’s why P3’s mission to embrace a care model that gives patients the tools and resources they need to better manage their long-term wellness and gives providers a profitable way to spend more time with patients, and less time on administrative tasks and between-visit care.

P3 teams are led by physicians and clinicians who have spent their careers working within healthcare practices and administration serving patients. P3 believes physician engagement is crucial, and the most direct path, to improving patients’ outcomes and enhancing experiences.
