Your Over-the-Counter (OTC) Benefit – Order by Mail, Phone, or Online!Depending on their plan, ATRIO plan members receive a quarterly allowance to spend on OTC items from a list of eligible products. Place your order online, over the phone, in a participating retail store, or by mail through the OTC Catalog – all using your Flex Card!

Alternative TherapiesATRIO members can use their Alternative therapies allowance for routine Chiropractic, Acupuncture and Naturopathy services. You can visit any ATRIO-approved provider to use this benefit.
DentalATRIO members can use their dental allowance at any ATRIO-approved provider for preventive care and other dental products and services (excludes cosmetic procedures).

To check your Flex Card balance or place an order call 1-855-263-6673 (TTY 711) from Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. PST. To report a lost or stolen card call ATRIO Member Services at 1-877-672-8620 (TTY 711). Flex Card plan allowances do not roll over. Be sure to use them before the end of each benefit period.

MealsBetter health begins with nourishing meals. ATRIO Health Plans recognizes the importance of access to the right nutrition and has partnered with GA Foods to provide our members meals after an inpatient or skilled nursing facility stay, and for those receiving home health services. You pay nothing for up to two (2) meals per day for 14 calendar days (28 total meals) after each qualifying health event.
Your meals will be delivered to your home. We will call you to set your delivery day. You can change your delivery day at any time. There is no cost to you. Your case manager has already enrolled you.
