Important Notice About May 2026 Premium Statements

A recent printing error occurred on the May 2026 premium statements.  If you received a premium statement in the mail dated 4/29/2026, please disregard and dispose of the incorrect statement immediately.  We have worked with our print vendor to correct the issue and prevent it from being repeated in the future.  

If you normally receive monthly premium statements, a corrected premium statement will be mailed to you soon.  Please note that there will not be any late fees or other actions taken for late premium payments resulting from this error.
