2024 NEW Extra Benefits

When you choose an ATRIO or Saint Mary’s ATRIO Medicare Advantage plan, you get extra benefits that Original Medicare doesn’t cover.

Flex Card

ATRIO Flex Card: Dental, Fitness, and Over-the-Counter (OTC) Benefits

All ATRIO Medicare Advantage plans include the Flex Card, which works just like a debit card for your dental, fitness, and over-the-counter (OTC) benefits. Depending on your plan, you will receive flex dollar allowances to spend how you choose on your dental care, gym membership fees and classes, and OTC orders.

Simply swipe your Flex Card to pay for these services! Every time you use it, the amount will be deducted from your card balances just like a debit card. To view your Flex Card balance, report a lost card, request a new card, or for other questions, login to your myATRIO member portal or call 1-833-287-3622 (TTY 711), Monday-Friday, 5 a.m. to 8 p.m. PST.

PLEASE NOTE: If you already registered on the ATRIO Flex Card member portal in 2023, you will need to register again for 2024 using the myATRIO member portal, because you will be receiving a brand new Flex Card to use in 2024. We apologize for any inconvenience this change may cause.

  • Current ATRIO plan members who had an active Flex Card in 2023 will receive a NEW Flex Card (pictured above) in the mail at the end of this year. Your new card will be preloaded with your 2024 flex dollar allowances.
  • Your current 2023 ATRIO Flex Card will be deactivated and any unspent 2023 flex dollars will no longer be available after December 31, 2023. After this date you may destroy your old Flex Card and begin using your new card on January 1, 2024.
