Vaccinations and immunizations are important not only for your own health but preventing the spread of disease throughout the community.

Examples of Part B Vaccines

• Hepatitis B vaccine (for patients at high or intermediate risk)
• Influenza virus vaccine
• Pneumococcal pneumonia vaccine
• Vaccines directly related to treatment of an injury or direct exposure to a disease or condition.

The cost of Part B vaccines will depend on your individual plan coverage and cost shares.

All Part D vaccines listed on ATRIO’s formulary are covered with zero out-of-pocket cost for you.
